Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Special Conditions for QR Code Products and Adhesive Films
Please note that the right of withdrawal expires once the QR code (Soul Star) of the product has been scanned or the adhesive film has been removed. These actions personalize or alter the product, excluding it from the right of withdrawal.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly and explicitly of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can contact us as follows:

Sending your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), as soon as we have received the goods back or you provide proof of their return, whichever comes first. The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods or proof of return. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged to you.

The return of goods must be made promptly and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by you, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. The right of withdrawal is also excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
